This complex is run down with rodents (rats to be exact) taking over the property. Nothing is being done. One maintenance worker for an apartment complex with over 400 units. Management is horrible and changes monthly. Do not waste your time and money!

Under Grayco management the quality of the building and residents were great. After Carroll management took over, the quality declined immensely.

Pool needs to be cleaner... it's gone down hill over the past few months. Gates throughout the facility should be maintained at a higher level.
