I enjoyed living in my 9th floor apartment at this residence for 16 months . The leasing office is run by Lisa Everitt and Michael and the maintenance guy Kevin as well as the very professional housekeeper Bertha are all great people . I mainly enjoyed the balcony view , hardwood floors and modern day amenities. And this apartment high rise is just a few short blocks from the Houston Metro Rail on Main St. and its also just a few blocks from the very popular Breakfast Klub restaurant which has fantastic food . Also the Houston Ensemble Theatre is also located on Main St . I give the 230 W. Alabama Apartment high rise a

Provides a very homey feeling, with a good group of people living in the building. The staff helps in that regard as well. There have been a few challenges in getting everything to work in sync (the patio, the pool, the gym), but it is on the road to recovery!
