It's a nice community, neibors are all kind. Manager always solve my problems very fast. Convient place to go anywhere, so save my time and money.

I really like living at 220 West Alabama. The staff keeps up the property regularly, is very friendly and the price is great for the area.

It's great. It's peaceful and clean. The neighbors doesn't bother you. When we had a problem with the neighbor's dog, the apartment took care of it ASAP. That was the only time we had a problem. The managers are nice and the maintenance guys are always on time.

The area is pretty well kept for the most part. Pool is well maintained. Garden/plants/grass could be better maintained. Staff and Maintenance are pretty responsive and very friendly. Communication could be better between Staff and residents. I would suggest more email communication.

The experience has exceeded my expectations. the location of the property provides ease of access to major travel routes, close proximity to downtown and cultural and diverse dining options. I feel secure with management's commitment to security in an urban environment.-

Living at 220 has been fantastic! I moved to Houston a couple of months ago and have been highly impressed by the staff, the maintenance of the building, the space, the amenities, and the incredible people living here. I feel safe, welcomed, and at home in this building. The location is perfect and easy to get around by car, bike, and even by foot. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
