They do not have empathy. They look working but not. I have complained about the A/C in the rooms not working optimally for the past one year and it is still that same way despite having their technician come around to check it more than twice. In the same manner, a lot of things they promised taking care of when I was moving in were never done.
Our neighbors upstairs are constantly running and slamming down things on the floor and causes banging on our ceiling at all hours of the day and night. There are 7 children living in that unit. We constantly here screaming and yelling from that unit as well. Weï¿½ï¿½??ve reported it to the property manager twice and nothing has improved. On the weekends, the pool is crowded with people that do not live in the complex. Very little is done to regulate who comes to the pool from outside.

I moved into a fully renovated apartment in 2015, the renovation looked good from distance and when I started to live there I realized it was not as good as it looks. With in 2 months there were 100s of roaches, they spray stuff and ask you to clean the area yourself, and this is smallest of problem I had with them.
As both me and my wife like the apartment to be super clean, we had maintained it in a very good shape.
I moved out in June of 2016 and even paid 2 months rent for early termination. During moving out, I made sure there was not even a plastic bag left in the apartment. The leasing office was too busy to come look at the apartment. I tried going to the leasing office around 5 times but they were busy, I finally handed over the keys and gave the forwarding address to them.
After a year, in June 2017 I see my credit score falls 74 points. I was shocked and called experian to find out what was the issue. I found out the 14200 park row had give a $600 collection to a collection agency.
I called them to find out why they never sent me any mail or called me about the payment but the person in leasing office said he is new and cannot help me.
1st of all the charges where fake as I had left the apartment in very good shape, it was their fault that they didn't send the mail to my forwarding address and instead sent it to my old address. All this time they had my phone number but didn't call me or provide the phone number to the collection agency.
I had to pay to collection agency even though I didn't owe anything to 14200 and also have a collection record on my credit history for no mistake of mine.
Horrible mistake of staying in this apartment, hope no one goes through such misery!
I kill a bug in this apartment every night. There is a reservoir next to the apartments so quite naturally there are always random insects and snakes on the property. The office takes forever to get work orders done, if they acknowledge them and the property manager has a strict policy with the pool area.
This is a really nice area and very quite. It's right near I-10 and Katy Tollway which is convenient. The apartments are newly renovated so they are very nice for the amount you'll pay including the area. Maintenance is good and the staff is always friendly. The only thing that I don't like about my apartment is the pest problem. And the water here has a weird smell and taste to it. So I definitely won't be renewing my lease.
