The apartments are ok, they could have done a lot better with the remodelations. They are pest free and the surronding areas are clean. The complex doesn't flood which is a major plus in Houston. However, the management could do a better job in every sense, especially when you are leaving- they would make any excuse to keep your deposit. They couldn't prove any damage so they made up a smoke smell and I couldn't prove otherwise.
The management team is awesome. I have never had any issues that weren't resolved in a professional and timely manner. The maintenance team responds to all requests within 24-48 hours.

The office staff has been great and have handles every situation wonderfully. Unfortunately our upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud and we hear their every movement all day long
