its just a nice neighborhood. I am familiar with it I grew up here. Your are 5-10 minute drive to any commercial place

there is nothing unique about this neiborhood it is a typical American neighborhood. There a a few restuarants in walking distance and many less tha 10 minutes away by car. Ilike to to them with family and friends
