What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Helotes

Older established yards with trees. Even though you need to drive, it'd not that far to good stores and restauraunts. There are lots of places and things to do.

It's quite, spacious lots, great views and close to shopping and lots of food restaurants close by. I love all the Mexican restaurant choices

It is not a busy street so not alot of traffic. Very quiet and peaceful but only 1 mile from the grocery store. Only 1/2 mile from a local canyon area with tours and hiking.

We are at the foothills of the mountains so the views are spectacular. The sunsets against that background is wonderful

We are in a mesquite bosque along a wide wash. Lots of local wildlife, dark skies and quiet. We have lots of hiking trails throughout the wash? Where lots of people walk their dogs, jog and hike.

The views are spectacular. The natural landscape is very appealing. It's quiet at night, and most of the day.
