This is a very old complex. The balconies are not individual it is pretty much just one consistent balcony used as a walkway. The roads are very beat up but there is street parking. This gives me more of the feel of a motel. Most of the residents have an AC unit in their front window. They do have a lot of open space but I feel this area is made more for low poverty residence. It is in walking distance of a few stores and restaurants. If you have children there is a sonic with a gigantic playground and volleyball courts in walking distance. It did seem very quiet and I only saw a couple of residence out and about.
"Take a look at the apartments at North Hills Crest in Haltom City, TX if you're looking for a new apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can spend your time at home away from the usual hustle and bustle. It is an older historic building.
The complex has a parking lot for residents, and don't worry about inviting over some guests - finding an open spot on the street is painless. Unfortunately, there can be heavy traffic in the area at times. Enjoy the wooded areas surrounding the community as you take a stroll around the area. Step out onto your attached balcony or patio to get some fresh air.
