I have really enjoyed my time at Cross Creek at Grapevine Ranch. I have been here for 3 years now and the staff and maintenance are always helpful and get matters taken care of quickly. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
Management recently removed recycling from the property without any notification to the residents that the service was changing and without any alternatives to continue to recycle. In addition, in talking with multiple other residents, management has been refusing to make efforts at managing the snake population. Per other long-term residents, previous management cut up bushes around porches from the ground to remove a place for snakes to hide and current management is not doing the same.
I love my apartments!
Everyone is always friendly
CC is ok. On move in day, the apt was filthy. Paint job terrible. They love to charge you for anything they can. While I was moving out I accidentally broke a built in shelf in my closet by standing on it. I figured I would be charged for it, but the office manager told me that since I noted the broken shelf on my move-in inventory I wouldn't be charged. NO complaints, but that just shows they have no idea what they are talking about. They instead charged me for petty things here and there.
