What Renters Like and Dislike About Grand Prairie

Restaurant has been opened and has been in the restaurant since the beginning of the day but we ate it all night long as we had the wine tasting

no real through streets and we have shopping close by with a good highway also close by. We have a pool in the development but it isn't maintained very well and kids from another development are always jumping the fence and cause a croud at the pool area.

what i like most about my neighborhood is seeing nice, clean and maintained yards. i also dont see a lot of stray dogs in my community and i notice neighbors are very animal friendly.

Nice shopping areas are close by. Restaurants are close as well. We're about 20 minutes from downtown. The airport is Ali about 20 minutes away.

the people residing here are friendly and the corner bakery at the end of the street where i go with my family

I like being near grocery stores, downtown, shopping, banks and other necessary places to do business and live. Neighbor is quiet but close to things you need.
