DO NOT RENT HERE!! Management has NO concern for its tenants, facts, or what is right. They will tell you one thing and do another. They will LIE to you just so you get out of the office. Their computer system is awful. They charge fees even after you have submitted the items requested. The grounds are not maintained. Lights broken, giant holes, a fountain thats hasnt worked in years. You have to pay $40 for cable even if you dont use it. There is trash always left out. Dogs always out without a leash. The pools are not maintained or sanitized probably. They will give you one day notice for some kind of inspection or maintenance they need to do in your apartment. They will tell you they sprayed for bug but never did, oh and YOU PAY for that monthly also. They will raise your rent even after they have done NO SORT OF UPGRADE. Several cars have had their widows broken. They allow broken down cars to sit for days in parking spots. The entry gates are BROKEN more then they are working. DO NOT RENT HERE, I would even pay more not to deal with the hassles. They only reason I have stayed is because they allow large breed dogs and make getting out of your lease extremely costly.

Some of the staff could be a little less stuck up and the prices are ridiculous the value of the apartment is no where near the price we pay. I can't wait til the lease is up.
