I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I am happy to say that I have had a pretty great experience so far. The move-in process was very easy and I have not had any issues with my apartment since moving in. The staff in the office has been very helpful with any questions I have had. Overall, happy to be here!
Grand Prairie is a great place to live, has everything needed to live a comfortable life
I am a current residents at St. Laurents. I've been living here going on 4 years. I don't bother nobody and nobody bothers me which I really like. However the service get worse every year and I will not be renewing. And will never refer anyone to this location. Advice for people want to take chance and move in, DON'T.. If you do, don't sign over 6 month because I know you won't want to renew. Since the new company takeover, and the in and out of different employees in the office who do not show any emotions is horrible. I've been receiving horrible service. The only reason for renewing it's because I was out the country and didn't get enough time to look. I travel a lot, I have a mother who don't speak English living in an apt should be easier, I pay over $1200 and pay for services like pest that I never use. Valet trash and never comes when they say they supposed to and a horrible service from the company. Horrible internet that I can't even work from home. Today I call for service to change my light bulb, they told me that's a service that they do not do and just to let you know I've been living here for 3 years and it's the first I've ever heard this. I am 5'2 I live on the top floor my ceiling are high so I can't get to them. I dont know if the owner of St. Laurents wants us playing with the light fixtures, but the employees does. St. Laurents wants me to pay someone to come change my light, services that I should get living in an apartment. I've been calling in for my tub stopper, dishwasher, and windows for 1 year now it still hasn't been solved rain still comes in the window. I put a towel on the windows to not let the cold in. I dont use my dishwasher because it leaks. I don't know future residents but I'm saving you time and money.
