We don't just rent apartments. From the moment you walk through the front door you'll feel the comfort and security that makes our residents happy to call us home. Cutting edge amenities, meticulously-groomed grounds, and a dedicated staff contributes to a higher standard of living. Convenient shopping, award-winning schools, local museums and parks are all close at hand, with sponsored activities to develop new hobbies while getting to know your neighbors.
Lease terms are variable. Please inquire with property staff.
Office staff are rude, condescending, and have poor customer service. If you want to live somewhere where you are treated like you are an inconvenience and burden, or like you are stupid because you dare question something or complain - this is the place for you!
Not renewing at this place.
The pool is fantastic and the grounds and apartments are pretty, but I don't think this place is worth the money. There isn't anywhere to park after 7 or 8 PM and for months management has been saying, "we are rolling out the parking stickers next week, " but it doesn't ever happen. The parking lots are loud at all hours and so bright the bedrooms are not ever remotely dark.
The people in the office are super nice when they are courting you as a potential resident, but once you are here, a lot of that sugary sweetness goes away. I even had two of them mock where I had moved from and treat me like I was a redneck hick because I'm not originally from Dallas...suggesting computers and technology are probably pretty newfangled and fancy for where I used to live.
There is supposed to be a no solicitation policy, but there are always people who don't live here wandering the halls sticking things in doors from restaurants, cable companies, scientologists, etc... Now there are signs supporting candidate Sessions on fences around the property. I have never lived in an apartment community which publically endorses a specific candidate. Kind of in poor taste considering all types of people with all sorts of beliefs live here.
Will definitely not be renewing my lease. I'd rather go through the hassle of moving again than deal with how this place is run.
There are so many places to live around here. My advice is don't be sucked in by the schmoozing and fast-talking, high-pressure of the people in the office. They are salesmen. Keep looking for a place which feels finished and not like someone is trying to sell you an idea they can't seem to bring to fruition.
If you value your peace and quiet do not move to these apartments. These apartments are brand new and they have had more problems than any apartment complex I have ever lived in, and I have lived in a few. They are brand new, but they are having to replace insulation and drywall. They woke me up this morning and the last 3 days banging on the walls. It took them 3 months to get the elevator fixed. These apartments look nice but they are shotty, cheap, and crappy . Try Lincoln Properties. These apartments will only disappoint you. There should be no reason why brand new apartments need this much Construction. I have a headache sitting here listening to all the noise surrounding me.
My bestfriend lives in the Mansions and all she does is complain about parking and how dirty the building hallways are. She hates living there! She told the office about the parking problem and the manager just said they already knew it was an issue and they were working on it. She said the office didnt really seem to care and they dont do anything about problems except say what they are going to do but never actually do. Ive been to her place and seen her have to drive from building to building, with a trunk full of groceries, and not find any parking even kind of close to where she lives. Shes been there for a couple months now and parking has not gotten better, its getting worse. More people move in and fight for the same spots that already werent enough to go around.
This is NOT a good place to live unless you want to pay an extra $100 a month for a garage to park your car in or unless you just dont have a car. Also dont plan on inviting friends over because they will also have to fight for a place to park. This place is way too expensive to have these problems. For the price they charge it should be clean and parking shouldnt be a problem.
We are moving in 6/8 and I am excited- Will has been so helpful and patient with me.. I changed my mind and decided on a 2 BR instead of 1. Nothing but good things to say so far!
