Seem to care about what we think. How cool is that
It's quite most of the time sometimes can hear upstair neighbors during the night or if they are arguing. Maintenance crew is great with time flow, but had to repeat some repairs once or twice to get it done completely. Management to is very understanding, but change a lot since i been here.
Apartments are nice just don't like the fact that I have to pay 30 dollars for trash pick up when the dumpster is like 30 feet away an plus I took out the trash at night an open the door next day at 9 I believe an trash was still there. That happened on a Tuesday
We used to have a good apartment until we reupped our lease and everything seemed to go downhill. The parking requirements have gotten really stupid, visitors have to check in to an app even if they're in visitor parking... also had horrible problems with the A c almost like they're too cheap to replace it after we complained about it not being able to cool during the hottest days of summer. Granted they do always come quickly when we submit a ticket. Overall, the rent isnt too bad but the new managing company has made it uncomfortable to stay and have visitors.
