Apartments are nice just don't like the fact that I have to pay 30 dollars for trash pick up when the dumpster is like 30 feet away an plus I took out the trash at night an open the door next day at 9 I believe an trash was still there. That happened on a Tuesday
I have been here since February. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The apartment is old but it's fairly kept up. The inside of my apartment is really old. My rent is priced well but I haven't actually paid what's on the contract since I moved in I literally every month pay at least 100 more than what my rent is even though I pay on time every month. You pay about 45 extra in trash alone every month. The city charges a fee for trash and then the apartments charges you 30 for trash every month. They have not taken out my trash not once can I say not once since I've lived here but yet I pay them 30 a month for trash. I do not have the black community trash can that they give each residents even though I did request one months ago. Therefore they have never taken out my trash and I don't think that it should be my job to have to constantly ask for something that should have been provided during moving in, but yet I still pay 30 a month for something that they don't even do. Overall it is ok living here the area is close to all the shops and major stores like Walmart. I don't think that I will be renewing when my lease is up but it's not horrible here. The only thing that I hate the most is all of the extra fees and charges that are added to the monthly rent.
We used to have a good apartment until we reupped our lease and everything seemed to go downhill. The parking requirements have gotten really stupid, visitors have to check in to an app even if they're in visitor parking... also had horrible problems with the A c almost like they're too cheap to replace it after we complained about it not being able to cool during the hottest days of summer. Granted they do always come quickly when we submit a ticket. Overall, the rent isnt too bad but the new managing company has made it uncomfortable to stay and have visitors.
Where do I start This place is so expensive to live in, they make you pay for almost everything, they charge you 30 just to throw away the trash in the container that is just a few feet away and let it there, something that you can do by yourself, you pay the water between the other units and is really high, thereï¿½ï¿½s mud and flooding not necessarily when itï¿½ï¿½s raining. The administration doesnï¿½ï¿½t help so much. Recently my car broke down and I had to borrow a new one meanwhile few hours just to get home but because it wasnï¿½ï¿½t parked on the visitors spot which by the way thereï¿½ï¿½s only four on my apartmentï¿½ï¿½s zone and all of them were occupied, I had to parked in a normal one as it was mine, they towed it without a notice note or something and made me paid 350 to get the car out, Because by the way I also had to pay 50 extra for a notary being that the owner wasnï¿½ï¿½t near, and I couldnï¿½ï¿½t spend more time, because they charge you more per hour your car is in there. I just want to know what solution youï¿½ï¿½re going to give me about this issue.
