Silverado

I have been asking for more than two years for them to fix a hole in the ceiling the rain comes through. Not done yet!

Extremely noisy. Downstairs sounds like living in a construction zone. Manager refuses to talk to me about situation let alone enforce noise restrictions in lease. After 6 months still waiting on items to be fixed.

Do not make the mistake of ignoring bad reviews. Even emails to parent company Lasalle get ignored.

Noisy does not describe how bad it is and manager does not care.

We recently moved out of 8400 stonebrook parkway Frisco Texas at Silverado apartments. When we came to see the property before moving in at Silverado, Michelle a previous employee showed us a different apartment which we agreed to move in. When day of moved in came she gave us a totally different filthy apartment room. It was extremely filthy and carpet was dirty and smelled like pet odor. I requested them to change carpet and even after carpet change it smelled like pets with very bad odor. The air was not clean and we filled out a inventory sheet full of complaints and the complaints were not addressed or solved. Numerous calls to the office we made but the office staff kept stating our maintenance staff will get around to the matter when available. after 3 months they someone to finally clean the vents and the technique said the pipes are very old and even after cleaning the smell will not go away. Then the tub was rotted gray filthy which I will attach photos to show. They took months to get the bathroom cleaned repainted and paint kept pealing off every time even after not using the tub for 4 days. Totally inconvenient. We saw mice running around the stairs so it only got worse nervous of leaving door open for few minutes. Entire time living in apartment we had to open window so the odor didn't become so aggressive and we eventually had to get used to living with it due to apartment not fixing the issue. Nothing was clean when we moved in, we had to spent entire day cleaning the apartment and will attach pics of bathroom, dusty vents and filter that needed to be changed. Michelle asked us to pay deposit of $500 which was to be refunded after we move off of apartment if nothing was damaged. I asked for copy of my deposit that (Michelle) asked me to pay as money order only instead of a check which was very odd and never received confirmation of that deposit
