Excellent community to live in. Office staff is very helpful going above and beyond to help us out. If something isn't right, they always go the extra mile in getting it right. Our leasing agent, Megan set the positive experience with her great service and great sense of humor. We plan to stay for years to come!!!
I am a current resident and we have been having AC issues since 3/22. We have requested maintenance so many times, they come in and say its fixed, leave and a while later it is not working again. Last night 8/9, after the maintenance supervisor and an employee were out earlier that day, our apartment was 89 degrees inside while outside it was over 100. We called the emergency maintenance line and it was 1 hour and 40 minutes before he arrived. He said he fixed the problem around 11 and that it will cool down all the way. This morning it was 79 in the unit when it was set for 68 all night. Its the hottest part of the summer and we cannot get working AC. We pay too much a month to not have ac functioning properly all of the time. All we want is working air conditioning in a reasonable amount of time and 5 months is not a reasonable amount of time.
I like living here. My only complaint is that the office hours change throughout the year. Non-USPS deliveries have to be made to the office, but they close at 5:30pm in the fall and winter (they say due to daylight savings). Makes package pick-up pretty difficult for those of us that work. My work hours don't change due to daylight savings. Other than that I have been happy with living here.
There is an ongoing problem of residents letting their dogs poop all over the property without picking it up, management has been made aware of the problem numerous times, and does not do anything about it
I had never had their support to solve things for example when my neighbor used to complain about kids, I had to call the cops to help me with that. I had a lot of issues to cancel the contract and I was obligated to pay right away and after that they rented my apartment and received the payment twice over the same place.
