DO NOT MOVE HERE Unit #201- first floor I have yet to receive the money owed to me I have also requested a written statement stating Im no longer a resident, twice and still havent received a response My apartment flooded and they refused to replace the flooring No closet doors except for bedroom They dont understand inside mounting for window treatments so the slats are bowing Barely any upper cabinet storage in kitchen No lock on outdoor storage (there should ALWAYS be a lock on your storage especially if its ground level) Residents were outside drinking beer at 10am on a Tuesday across from the leasing office catcalling me as I walked in Every time I came, there were residents complaining about issues with their unit. I still have the key to the unit and mailbox, they never asked for it On 8/2 I picked up my keys then I walked into my unit and it was flooded. They left the A/C unit running and it dripped from the ceiling. The maintenance man said they finished everything Saturday morning so it had been leaking for 4 days. I had just saw the apartment that Thursday to take measurements! The water puddled by the washer and dryer and there was standing water underneath the vinyl planks in the entire bedroom plus closet, hallway, and a small portion of the living room. When you walked on the planks, water AND adhesive pushed through the seams of each plank. The manager Liz, said that they were not going to replace the flooring, but they would only lift the floor, let it dry, then reinstall it. The vinyl planks they installed are WATER RESISTANT not waterproof, there is a major difference. Whatever adhesive they used was water soluble because it was oozing out of the seams. Manager Liz, they would have to reinstall the same flooring or theyd refund me all of my money. I still havent received my money.

I was really interested in moving into this property. I called 6 times in the span of 3 weeks at different times and not once did someone pick up. I even left 2 messages and no one got back to me. If there is no one there to answer a phone, voicemail, or even email, that already gives an insight of how the place is run.

Needs speed humps on susan lane. People drive way too fast down the road. Some residents still throwing garbage on ground instead of garbage bins.

We are very frustrated that when we moved into our apartment the carpets were AWFUL and we have had to pay someone to come and deodorize them, we have also had many problems with our stove. the first reference was back in November of 2013 and we just received a new (used) stove yesterday. It seems like it takes a while for big items to be completed. Also I'm concerned that the front of the complex is landscaped beautifully however back here is the black whole no watering to the gras or no grass
