My husband and I will probably not renew our lease at Rivervue. For a brand new build that touts itself as luxury the building is constructed very poorly; shoddy finishes, and a rapidly settling foundation. The handicap parking situation. Out of all the levels of the parking garage, there was one handicapped spot missing. My husband is handicapped, and the missing handicapped spot that was missing was on our floor. So, he had to fight with the other handicapped person on our level for the spot. After this, my husband decided to tell the office the situation. After arguing for a week about the situation and the office basically telling my husband they couldnt do anything, corporate intervened and told them to create the missing spot on our level. We had a barking dog on the floor above us for at the least 2 months. After my husband complained, and the office did nothing, we had to call the police and file a noise complaint. However, thats just the icing on the cake. The last time my husband complained, Sabrina in the office point blank lied to my husband. Sabrina told him she stood outside our courtyard and couldnt hear anything. Despite the fact that we, and other tenants could hear the dog in said courtyard, the garage, and the hall; unacceptable. Then, Travis harassment of us and our third vehicle has been just as rude. While other people live in the complex have three vehicles and there are just two people in that apartment goes against the rules that were told to us. In the beginning, were told there were no rules. It mustve been because our third car was Lincoln Town Car that had expired tags, and not a brand new Lexus, brand new BMW, or brand new Acura NSX. Travis said it is against the law, the Lincoln was parked in a secure facility on private property that we are paying for. I guess it makes it ok for the couple on the first floor who own two BMW M5s and 1 Acura NSX. Lastly, the dog poop issue has got to be curtailed.
Tony and the team are amazing with their service calls ,,, also extremely friendly,,
We live at River Vue...
This is my first time living in a walkable community and I LOVE IT. I can do my grocery shopping at Whole Foods or if I don't want to cook, there is always Taco Diner, Piatello's Italian, and my favorite Blaze's Pizza. Oh oh oh....I can't forget about Steel City Pop. It's dangerous living so close to my favorite dessert place haha. The office took great care of me in the move in process and there was a thoughtful gift waiting in my kitchen when I walked into my new place. They put on some great resident events and I've had a chance to make a few friends at them. The maintenance team (Tony and Saul) are responsive and professional. Overall, this place rocks! I'm close to everything I need and only about 10 mins from downtown and 7th street.
I have none seen any thing luxury about my unit with all my issues
