I have been a residence since 2013. This year by far has been the most disappointing. Since July 2019, I have complained to the leasing office about my upstairs neighbors dog. He is a large dog that is constantly running, jumping and barking outside the window. The leasing office has not taken any action, so I have had to call the police and animal control. It has been beyond frustrating. I can no longer recommend this property.
I would recommend Lincoln Park to anyone! The facilities are great, the location near downtown is convenient for work and shopping, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great place to live and I would still be there if work hadnt taken me to another city!
Do you love having your car stolen? Do you love bullets flying through your parking garage? Do you love being unfairly charged for things when you feel forced to move from a place that is unsafe and the staff doesnt care at all? Then Lincoln Park is the place for you! In the 9 months we lived at LP my brother-in-law (who also had an apartment there but has terminated their lease for the same reasons) had his car stolen from the garage, my sister had her car broken into, our bike was stolen and another resident shot at some vandals breaking into his car IN THE PARKING GARAGE. What was LPs response. We live in an urban area and we cant keep you safe. Supposedly they hired a security guard (that we never saw) but we were still seeing glass on the ground where cars were being broken into. I read a review before we moved in about the crime at LP and I thought there was no way that could be true. The apartments are so pretty there is no way this could be a bad place to live. Boy was I wrong. Now, after paying more than $5,000 to break our lease they want $400 more because we had cats. We paid a $600 pet deposit and pet rent every month but somehow that is not enough. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent here. There are plenty of other places in downtown Fort Worth.
