Management wasn't friendly. Maintenance didn't things correctly. Parking for a person with a disability what ridiculous. You can never find a handicap spot that was it occupied my someone went out a handicap parking placard.

If there is anyone out there who is interested in an apartment in the Fort Worth area is looking for a really nice, upgraded and unique apartment With the BEST staff in town then Eagles Point is the place that you want to go!

I have lived in two different apartments in this community and they have both been wonderful when it comes to spac, location and quality. I have lived in a third floor A3 which is a one bedroom. I wasn't too crazy about the idea about the third floor but the view is OUTSTANDING!! I have also been in a 2/2 which is an B5 floor plan in case you are wondering. It was MASSIVE!! Stainless steel upgrades, beautiful vinyl floors throughout the apartment other than in the bedrooms. I have a massive king size bed and it fit in both the one bedroom and the two bedroom with lots of additional space for my night stands and big dresser.

Enough about the apartment, I want to brag on the OUTSTANDIG staff. James the property manager, Gabe the lead maintenance and Manny the assistant lead Maintnence are the reason why I leased at Eagles point other than the apartment.

It is VERY rare that you find an amazing staff and maintenance in one place. I have lived at the villa Lago apartments and the Legends apartments and they are NOTHING compared to Eagles Point!

Also, I have NEVER had an issue finding close parking in either apartment that I have lived in here. The community is very well lit at night and he people that I have met while here are wonderful.

I work at an apartment community, so naturally I am very picky when it comes to finding an apartment.

The location is a plus as well. There are trails to walk on and you are it easy to be able to get to places if you need to walk.

My sister tried to get in and y'all rejected her and it wasn't her fault about her you know other apartment she was with it was her ex-boyfriends and I don't see why she can't pay the you know the deposit and the month rent

Helpful Information

You can trace the roots of Madera Residential back to 1991, but the story really started in 2008 when we bought our first apartment deal, The Lakes at Madera in Baytown, Texas. We received more than just our name from this property. We acquired it just before Hurricane Ike devastated the area in September 2008 followed by the financial crisis hitting in October of 2008. Looking back, this was a very challenging time for Madera Residential, but we now know the lessons we learned shaped who we are today.

The most important lesson we learned is that by leaning into relationships and doing the right thing we can weather any storm. The proof of this is The Lakes at Madera ending up being a massively successful property. In April of 2010 we bought our second property with the help of the same investors that invested with us in The Lakes at Madera.

Since then we have continued to aggressively grow our portfolio to where we are now considered an industry leader in the state of Texas. Our corporate office is located in Lubbock, Texas which we feel is a competitive advantage. Our vision is to continue to expand our influence of adding value to people and communities across Texas and beyond.
