Constellation Ranch

Ok place, roaches in my apartment. I had to do my own exterminating. The people in office are the best. April is gorgeous and the rest of the staff are awesome. Only thing is the bugs.

For the asking price of the apartments, the price is ridiculous. Counter Tops are not quartz or any natural stone. There is carpet in the dining area. Apartments need to be less asking price... Nothing spectacular.

Very helpful on the phone and very polite. Unfortunately they dont have handicap apartments.

the pool says it opens at noon and it is currently 12:24 and the pool has not opened we have called several times and no response.

Constellation Ranch is a great community with a wonderful office staff and an excellent Courtesy Officer. People feel safe when they see a uniformed officer patrolling the property. 5 stars for sure!

I have lived in Constealltion Ranch Apartments for over a 12 YEARS, through several ownerships and managemnts, every single one of them have, including the current staff with Pegus Residential, Sonya, Abby, Dallas and the Maintance staff Jamie, and Emanuel, etc . They have always exceeded my requests, needs and even my wants, as ADA disabled Resident. it not easy for a corpaortaion to always meet the very ADA minimum of standrards for several reasons. However this property and staff have made my lease and stay here supportive, encouraging, safe, enjoyable and even family like in my own experinces. We have lived here for six years, and we love it. Our apartment is pretty and very comfortable. Maintenance is quick to respond, and always thorough. The pool is beautiful. The landscaping is nicely kept. The only concern we have is that some tenants place their trash outside other than during designated times, even though there is a dumpster on the premises.
