The Luxe at Mercer Crossing

Yes, the grounds are beautiful. The pool looks gorgeous, and the volleyball court is also a nice touch; however, I have had major issues with my packages here. Many of them get placed on the floor of the package room instead of in lockers, resulting in me losing an instax camera and fancy litter box around Christmas time. Food delivery people will have trouble finding you. Additionally, the walk from the garage to certain buildings is incredibly far (about 5 minutes of walking) to get to my apartment. It is also worth noting that the owner of the property is incredibly politically biased and thinks it's appropriate to place conservative political propaganda all along the entrance to the property. When I politely asked leasing if the signs could be removed, as I and many others pay to live here and might think differently, they refused. They also said the signs would be placed every election cycle. Hard to enjoy my daily walk without getting reminded that the leasing agency likes candidates who publicize anti-gay ads. They were not upfront about this expectation at signing, so I am posting this so future residents whose political beliefs might not be conservative know that their money will go toward fueling this company's political agenda. When I emailed a complaint, they implied a reduction in their property taxes is more important than the feeling of comfort and safety LGBTQ residents. I don't agree with previous reviews that management listens to residents. They have completely dismissed the desires of residents in this case, as one leasing staff member told me I was not the first to complain.

It is a beautiful complex, very hi end, the staff is very professional, they answered all my questions with great detail. It has a covered parking garage, a great gym and a beautiful pool.
