From day one I had numerous of issues. #1 I was to get my key and it wasn't ready because they didn't do the walk through, so when I did the paperwork of my walkthrough a lot of things needed attention. #2 It took 4 months for them to even consider looking at my apartment with me going to the office and they tell me they're short staffed(not my problem). #3 had no hot water for almost 2 months and couldn't be reimbursed. Last but not least my a.c. went out and I called the emergency maintenance and they tell me they couldn't do anything until the next morning they 'assumed' it was the outside unit. I come home to a window unit and they don't call to let me know the fan had went out. So I wouldn't go back or recommend this place. SORRY NOT SORRY!!
Trying to decide on if I should renew? Office personnel???, I am a valued client who has never paid rent late.I went to the office on Saturday, (They are closed on Sunday, and leave one very disrespectful extremely young busy agent leasing agent) They are closed on Sunday. I was treated horrobly, I could not get a sentence out , soo many people were coming in and out. I was interrupted, yelled at and the police were threatened, to be called on me due to the fact Ms. Caroline felt as she said exactly when 4 more people walked in, "OH, My GOD you are belittling me, get out! I had my phone on record! She p/u the phone to call the POLICE! I was already out the back door!. Her friend and so called witness was hiding in the buisness room, lol. I tried to wait by my phone Monday to recieve a call from Manager? Then I went to enjoy the coffee bar the following week. Jessica who used to be so nice said, "You need to come to the office and explain why you cussed out our Leasing agent.' Manager presumes to tell me she does not believe me and was I drinking that day! OMG.....Get some staff that wants to please people, waiting? My number one and only complaint now is the resort style waterfall has been broken for an unacceptable amount of time. I took pictures of tons of green slim and sent them to Corpotate, a lil green slim was removed,no water It's been months? The only reason I went to the office was to report I was not partcipating in TRash P/U due to thier not coming to p/u on "SAID" hours, they arrive anywhere from 9-2am it"s very inconsistant. ~Sure quick to say you have had several notices. I was told Caroline hand put them on my door? Did not happen. I have a camera outside my door. Caroline stated she did not have anything to do with placing of warning. That was done by the contracted trash co. Fine do not expect hospitality. I can get on fine.Would you perhaps consider fixing the "RESORT STYLE FOUNTAIN", Please and Thanks. i don't mind taking out my own trash.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. It is unfortunate that in order to rent an affordable apartment you have to sacrifice a clean facility, good customer service, and an apartment without bugs or water damage. We chose this apartment complex because of the location and the good pricing, however 2 months in we were sorely disappointed. Maintenance would come in to fix something and would leave the apartment a disaster and the AC blasting on high. There is dog poop in the grass everywhere. The laundry facility would break frequently and when the staff was notified they were very unhelpful and offered no sort of solution. We would get notices that we had not paid bills that we HAD paid. There are so many other apartment complexes that are in the same area that would be better. We regret our decision to live here. When we went into the office to return our keys we asked if there was anything else we needed to do or pay as we were moving out. They said no. 3 days later we got a bill for $200. So regardless of how much you clean, how much you double check that you have done everything right at move out...expect a bill of some sort and an asinine reason behind it. Staff is rude and unorganized. Do NOT consider this as a place to live. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
Please run from this apartment complex. Manager tiffany and her manager are the worst apartment managers in the world. When i first moved in my air conditioning was not working. I made verbal request. Mistake number one. Then i made a written request. The maintence man at the time wrote on a piece of paper saying that air conditioner was fixed and to just to leave it on air and keep on cold. I was burning up in the apartment i could not breath and my son has asthma and he was hositalized 2 times because of this. I complained saying they must check it again maintenance man said it was okay again. Then i requested maintenance manager and apartment manager to look at it. They came back stating that i need a need air conditioner. I was in the apartment for a whole month of august in a non air conditioned apartment until manager fixed it. She never requested a reimbursement of rent or credit. She just argued trying to defend herself over being dishonest. I called us residential and they never answer. So if you move in and have a major complaint you are on your own.
It is very expensive apartments and floor plans are small.after hearing my budget they did not gave me proper suggestion or even not talk to us in good manner.
