This is my second year living and renting at this location, with 2 different management companies. In the midst of the COVID pandemic ownership and management of the apartments changed. I have dealt with A/c issues for over 3 months, making living conditions unsuitable especially during the hottest summer months in Texas. I have put in several work orders yet maintenance has never thouroughly diagnosed or solved any of the problems. I have refused to pay rent until the problem is rectified. I haven't lived in my own home in weeks because of the intense heat. A week ago I personally talked to the leasing office, they promised they would look into the problems and offered to provide me with an a/c window unit. I still have yet to recieve any resources or services for my a/c problem. Now the leasing office is expecting me to pay late fees for rent. I am not the only resident that has experienced poor maintenance services and a/c problems. I would hope in the future A/c issues will be taken more seriously and all involved parties will be satisfied.
Worst staff ever. Worst maintenance ever. Utter waste of time and money
Well here's another Tides property they all seem to have same attitude they don't care to rent. Never called me back. Again, a sign these are not apartments to live at . Low ratings.
Wow went over to view and do the paperwork this property is great and the office staff is so awesome and amazing Im praying I become a tenant here they welcome you and on the tour you will be explained everything I should have been over here sooner But in God timing is everything so go view this property and you will love it and the front office staff everyone is so Professional and kind you will leave there with a smile or a laugh on your face! Thanks so more I cant wait to become a resident there love it already! Ms Sonja
