    I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with Overlook located in Euless .As a tenant, I believe it's essential to provide feedback to help others make informed decisions. During my short time as a tenant at I encountered several issues that have greatly impacted my living situation. Specifically, I experienced recurring maintenance problems, such as this unit not being move in ready as it was listed .which has not promptly addressed despite multiple requests for assistance. Additionally, I noticed a lack of professionalism and responsiveness from the landlord and property management team. These ongoing issues have had a significant impact on my overall living experience. Not only did they create inconvenience and discomfort, but they also raised concerns about safety and the overall quality of the property. As a tenant, I believe it is essential to feel secure and have a well-maintained living environment. Firstly, it would greatly benefit the business to prioritize timely response and resolution of maintenance requests. Improved communication and transparency between the landlord and tenants would also help address concerns more effectively. In summary, my experience as a tenant has been disappointing due to the recurring maintenance issues and lack of responsiveness from the landlord. While I understand that every situation is unique, I hope my feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the overall quality of service provided to tenants.

    I went to see an apartment and had to wait about 20 minutes before being helped. I will say the girl acknowledges me when I walked in. Apologized and told me she would help me next. Then offered me a beverage and popcorn. They did not have what I was looking for but her personality was amazing. I think her name was Rachel. If you are needing an apartment asap go see Rachel.

    Management is not willing to help customers with billing issues and is very irresponsible of utility outages.

    I absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly, the resident all come together on the weekends. Maintenance is speedy on getting things done! Thanks overlook for making my stay welcoming.

    Terrible all around experience in our almost 2 years here. We are looking forward to ridding ourselves of this place and apartment living all together. The positives are as follows- Amanda does what she can to make this place worth living in, but she can only do so much and has to answer to whoever makes the last call. Shes the best employee in the place in my opinion. - the location is convenient. - floor plan is good. - the neighborhood is quiet. Other than that, its all bad. If you move here, prepare for headaches. Weve had flooding issues and it took 4 days (the first time) for maintenance to come take a look at the irrigation drain outside our apartment. They attempted to clean it, and 4 months later the same thing happened. The managers response was it rained really hard. The gutters had little to no water running out of the bottom, but were overflowing at the roof catches. Poor facilities maintenance 101. Lack out accountability. I fix the small issues myself because you cant count on anyone else to do it right or in a timely manner. Water bugs have been an issue for a while and recently a few cockroaches. It took longer than expected, but someone came and I hope thats done. Maintenance used to be somewhat efficient. Now, we usually have to call multiple times, make in office visits, leave messages and send email requests before anyone comes to fix anything. Ive just fixed everything myself if the cost is minimal because theres nothing dependable about this operation. If youve read all of this, I hope you enjoyed it. Theres plenty more to add but I dont feel like typing anymore. Have a good day, I know I will ;)
