Nothing gets done. The place keeps getting sold to a new group of incompetents. Just broken promises. Management hides behind the rude front office people so good luck on talking to her. The corporate office is unresponsive as well. Just drive through. Trash cans are everywhere. The gates don't work. The water is always being turned off. Maintenance is non-existent and they continue to come up with extra fees to increase the rent. (The listed rate doesn't include the extra $150-200 monthly that the will squeeze from you) If it rains the units on the bottom flood. Bad bad bad. Please choose a property where you will be valued. This is not the one. You have been warned.

Pros: Apartment layouts are nice. Cons: I young lady was kidnapped from here, a baby fell from a third floor balcony to his death, a man as shoot while taking out his trash, homeless people sleeping under stairwell, trashcans have been set on fire, teens and kids always fighting, once a week several people have mantic episodes in parking lots, cars being stolen, trap house/apartments, drug dealers selling drugs, people coming to buy drugs, gun shoots at nights, bad maintenance, management does not care!

I can't get a phone call and they do not answer their phones or returns a call. I have tried to rent an apartment here since April 23, 2020. Very disappointed.
