I've lived here two years now. For the most part, it's great. Nice, quiet, and most things get handled well. For some reason, lately, they seem to have issues keeping outside lights on and lit. I've talked to them several times about exterior lighting, lights burned out or not working, and it has not improved.
Otherwise, it's great. No problems.
