Live where you work and play!
I lived at Three Palms for 2 years (Because my husband is in the military) and the first year management was GREAT! Ray was a excellent manager , however when I resigned my lease they also hired a new manager by the name of Yasmine. Thats when my husband and I started receiving maultiple violations weekly due to accusations and due to neighbors . Everything wouldve been great if the management did not change . Very rude and hostile it almost seems very uncomfortable to have lived there.
Been living in the property for over a week and already got a NOTICE OF VIOLATION based on false accusations from the management. Accusing me of having a dog which I dont specifying that Ive had it for weeks and saying that they were notified via email by a neighbor. Also stating that they have witnesses that have seen a dog before including feces in front of my apartmeint unit.
When the reality is that my brother came to the property with his family including his dog to see the property and eventually lease a unit and stoped in front of my apartment to say hi.
This is how good Tropicana Properties Three Palms management judgement is.
This place is advertised as gated and it wasn't. The lady at the front desk didn't even want to show any units nor sit down with me and tell me what they have to offer. I am trying to relocate and this experience was terrible.
Construction Quality: 3/10
For the most part I liked the complex when I first moved in, the amenities are great. The construction is bad, but it didn't bother me much. The apartment manager at the time Ray is a great guy, he was very involved in the community and was very respectful.
However, they placed a new manager in place of the complex and she has some of the worst manners of any "manager" I've ever worked with. She is condescending, rude, rolls her eyes and has given multiple tenants issues and rude attitudes since she has taken over, just read the reviews on google. She rejected my move out notice because I was three days late, fine. But when I brought it back the next month three days early she once again rejected me for being three days early. She has also already gotten into altercations with tenants who were upset with her when they implemented a paid parking without notifying tenants which parkings were taken and which weren't, and cars were towed. Tropicana apartments, you're losing a lot of tenants and future tenants to your new manager. She is already racking up a ton of bad reviews because of her attitude. In my 13 years of retail I've never experienced someone with such disrespect, she would most certainly never run any of my stores that's for sure. Thank you for the first good year before she arrived but it all went south when she was put in charge.
