The location is a perfect balance of privacy from triffic/crowds and accessibility to downtown El Paso. The views are fantastic, and the staff is always happy to help. I love this place!
Property manager and office staff are the ncest and most professional individuals going. Maintenance employees are exceptional as well. My maintenance requests are usually addressed within hours or my submitting the notice. The grounds in the complex are so well maintained it looks like a post card picture; great for walking or sitting out in the evening. I am 100% satifsfed with The Pointe.
The only thing I would want is a slot to drop off rent check outside of the office because I can't always make it during office hours.
The Pointe has always been a great place for me to live! The apartment complex is well taken care of and the staff takes care of any issues the apartment unit may have right away. Excellent view! Great area to walk, run, cycle, and enjoy the view of the mountains while doing so :)
I am a 12 year resident of the Pointe. In that time I have enjoyed not only beautifully maintained grounds but exceptional maintenance and some of the friendliest office personnel ever. Problems are resolved quickly, work orders done usually within a day and extra care extended to residents like outdoor events, coffee at the club house and a great pool. Care free living at a great price....it doesn't get any better!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
