A very poor inexperienced people working at the Bartlett. Besides the apartments not being as great looking as their model apartment, the manager and another worker do the know how to speak to their residents. The manager promised me no matter what the situation might be if you are not approved for an apt there are other options they can give us. There is a 40 dollar application fee, they could have went through the application with us and let us know what are the negatives of not qualifiyng instead of them getting our money when we could have saved that application fee at another place

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bartlett, I am looking to moving back with them.
