A great place to live. We have been here over 21 years and have been very happy. We have a great staff of employees who look after us and take care of us. Kudos to Karen and Adrian and their staff. We have been very pleased here for all these years and we will continue to live here for as long as we can. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants great floorplans and a courteous staff and who will take care of you.

This place is horrible. Moving out was a complete night mare. They harass you with notices they put on your door. If you have a dog they think all of the animal feces in the whole complex are from your animal even if theyre down the street and ask you to pick it up. The fees are ridiculous. The amenities arent as good as they make it sound. The pool is locked all the time and you have to call maintenance to unlock it. So inconvenient. Everyone has loud and noisy cars. The landscapers with the leaf blowers are outrageous and come at the worst times. I had a horrible experience overall living here. I wish i could give this property zero stars.

Regretting living in this apartment.way to much trouble with the water that always went down every month and the dog park that been closed for a weeks.to much fees and high pet fee that will not gonna get back.im very dis appointed on living in here

This apartment complex is incredibly noisy. I'm constantly being woken up by the gardeners and their loud leaf blowers. And I can never take a shower comfortably! I'm constantly thinking that my water will get turned off out of nowhere. I don't know if these surveys are taken seriously, but something needs to get done about these annoying inconveniences. Like today, for example! No hot water... NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN! I'm paying way too much for such terrible quality.
