I submitted a request for more info and in 10 min they called me. I have an appointment set for tomorrow. Awesome customer service, something you dont see much of in this industry.
I went to tour the apartment complex David Wright give us the tour to the apartments. He was very pleasant and very patient. He sure made this tour very easy and helpful for me to decide on getting my new place.
After living 2 years, and not having trouble with work orders (maintenance staff are really good and helpful), always paid on time, never had a concern from office or neighbors, as soon as you become an ex-resident, office staff turn 360. I never had any problem but once I moved out, they wanted to charge me for a new carpet. When I turned in keys, I asked for a walkthrough but unfortunately because of COVID was not possible and trusted the office staff to be honest. They contacted me to let me know about the carpet (which was not in need of been changed and we left the apartment super clean) I was calling everyday to try to resolve this. I spoked to assistant manager (I believe his name is Daniel) and after 3 calls, I guess he got tired and just gave the corporate number (JRK) to let them know my problem. Obviously in the corporate on California, NEVER ANSWERED. I called again the office and asked to talk to manager. WORST DECISION EVER. The most ARROGANT person in customer service I have ever had to talk to. She didnt let me explain, she was just making fun of my situation, very sarcastic and and the end her words were WELL, what do you want? To take away the charge HAHAHA, good luck with that, because I could help you but I dont want to then I started to let her know how rude from her and that I wanted to get to an agreement, not to give me a gift, and she continued to be sarcastic Ahhaaa, ahhaaaa, what else? Are you done? because I really dont care, and good luck trying to talk to corporate and hanged out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from staff office.

1. Bugs everywhere!
2. Carpet was not cleaned when I moved in
3. Dented fridge @ time of lease. Noted it to them then they charged me for the dent when I moved out
4. No invoice for the dent
5. Knocked on new residents door to see if fridge was fixed since I paid $900. Fridge still dented.
This place is scam.
I've lived in 10 apartment complexes in my life prior to moving here. I thought I had seen everything, WRONG!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had living in an apartment.
The management is unprofessional, rude and insensitive to all. The walls are very thin and in our case we had loud neighbors all around us. Unfortunately, the office management did nothing! You can call and report it but expect nothing!
Avoid this place at all costs!
