Since day one everything has been falling apart. Our carpet keeps getting soaked and we dont even know why the maintenance people keep coming out but there has only been temporary fixes. Our carpet in our bedroom is soaked in a random spot and it reeks of the smell of mildew. The ceiling above my shower has a crack and looks like its molding. The carpet has ripped in two places in our apartment just from walking and the door opening and closing. Also, we had an incident the other day where we closed the bathroom door and it locked . We had to unscrew the knob in order to get in. We switched apartments about a year ago and the manager at the time gave us the wrong address to our new apartment. We ended up having to pay the electric company extra fees for having to come out multiple times. Mail was sent to the wrong address. Also we just bought a grill close to $200. No where in our Initial lease Did it say no grills. But now theyve decided to change the rules for God knows what and we have to get rid of our grill or else they will charge us extra money. So now we are stuck trying to figure out what to do with the grill because now our money is down the drain. They dont even care. And dont think youre going to get a clean pool in the summer time. The pool is disgusting they clean the pool once a week. Which i dont think they do. This isnt my first apartment complex. The poolS where Ive stayed are always clean if it gets dirty it gets cleaned right away. Oh wait! Also, The walls are extremely weak. The floors are weak too. When the people upstairs are walking hard we can literally see the ceiling denting in. One night we thought the ceiling was about to cave in. Also, the air sucks in the summer. You have to buy your own unit from Walmart. They tell you to go buy one instead of fixing it. I could go on and on. We can not wait to leave. If anything else happens I will write more. But absolutely DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT PICK THESE APARTMENTS.
Very calm community I kno my neighbors and that is somethin I usually never get at an apartment. They have movie night and happy hour I'm very pleased with my home.
Maintenance work orders are quick to get to and staff has events that keep the community feel. I'm happy been here for 3, years.
Horrible service take gor ever to fix damages took the 3 months to fix wayer damage from apartment above.
Overall nice apartments, after renting here I can say don't judge a book by its cover! Loud neighbors the quiet policy after 10pm isn't enforced. A few neighbor's cars were bashed in due to domestic violence issues and they don't have camera nor security patrol at night. The office staff is seemingly sweet but there is a high turnover and the manager Sonya is unreachable after hours even when she says she is always reachable. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors upstairs or next door easily. Tons of hidden fees and the swamp coolers don't help in humid heat! For the price of rent at Dos Santos there are easily far better apartments near the same price in the zip code!
