This apartment complex is good for having a roof over your head and thats about it. The walls are paper thin to the point I can hear my neighbors conversations in the bathroom vents or music when they choose to play it in the shower.
Our windows in the dining room and living room are not able to be opened because at some point in time they were sealed over but not done well enough because every single window in our apartment creates condensation every morning and weve called maintenance 3 times to fix the issue and has yet to be resolved.
Speaking of maintenance, we had an issue where our sink wouldnt drain and they never came to fix it the day of the issue so we had to go to the office and complain yet again when they finally came to see what was wrong and were shocked they werent sent sooner. The oven heats up the whole apartment whenever you turn it on so be prepared to turn on your A/C in the dead of winter.
All around this is a last resort place to live, these issues are just the tip of the iceberg.
Mgmt and crew provide excellent service. The tennis courts received a new look, in maroon and navy blue and really look very, very nice. Going on my second year here and looking forward to it.
It is safe and quiet.
Very friendly atmosphere quiet place. Gorgeous pool and i love that they have a gungle jym. Surrounded by hundreds of stores.
These "town homes" are over priced apartments with very dated appliances. I was showed the "demo" unit which had new appliances and new paint and carpeting. Then when it was time to move in I was provided a very sad version of the demo unit.
First of all, the garbage disposal didn't work for the first 2 months. The appliances were all made in the 1990's.
The buildings the units are in are split into two apartments and both share a hot water heater. So sometimes if my neighbors shower before I have a chance to in the morning, I'm left with only cold water.
Lastly, the reason I'm only giving this complex 1 star is because of their air conditioning units. The AC units in the apartments are designed for a single story 800 square foot apartment if you google the specs. The unit I'm in is a 1590 square foot unit. Almost double the air conditioners capacity.
This means the air ducts furthest from the AC unit do not blow cold air and my 12 year old daughter developed a heat rash. A thermostat upstairs shows that it stay's 86 degrees Fahrenheit upstairs.. When I explained the AC issue to the complex their "solution" was to provide us with a remote unit that requires the glass door to remain open. I asked if I could cancel my lease so that I could move to an apartment that was appropriately cooled in this desert climate and they demanded a $2,000 lease termination fee.
So between having an intermittent supply or hot water, very very poor AC, and a staff that has zero empathy, I would never recommend anyone ever live here, especially if you have children, pets, or elderly you care for. I'm looking legal action. Save yourself time and money, don't move here.
