Old management used to be great! Now the new girl has an attitude problem, (recently got arrested for DUI), is never in the office, and does not address problems that are brought to her attention. Its slowly beginning to get worse . 4 out of 5 stars used to be for old management now new management sucks. The only good thing about this place is maintenance but thats if the girl from the office doesnt pretend she forgets to tell him to fix something .

This place used to be nice until they let the pool turn into a swamp. Laundry hours are ridiculous. Who has time to do wash from 8am-7pm. Some of us do have jobs and responsibilities to attend to. The front office is always closed and they don't take care of maintenance repairs promptly. I would not recommend living here. I can't wait to move out. My family and I totally loathe it here. They need better management. Whatever happened to Shea? She was prompt, attentive,took time to know the residents,was always in the office and knew her job well. Ashton Parke apartments aren't even worthy of any stars. They used to be but not anymore.
