What Renters Like and Dislike About Dickinson

The local elementary school is a 5 minute walk. Feels safe and good family presence. There are good shopping centers within a five minute drive.

This is the quietest, newest, loveliest residence I have ever lived in. There is shopping nearby and a few good restaurants in the area.

There are a lot of different style home, not cookie cutter. There are a lot of independently owned restaurants and bars. We like going to Crafts with is a beer pub with amazing unique food.

We have great friendly neighbors. We have ponds for fishing. We have nearby grocery and other store.

IT IS A SAFE GATED COMMUNITY FOR THOSE 55 AND OLDER.THERE ARE MANY DIFFERSTORES CLOSE TO MY HOME THAT MY ADULT SON DRIVES ME TO WHEN NEEDED.

It is on a golf course and at the end of it there is a restaurant called the 19th hole. They serve many items to eat an drink there.
