I would give them a zero but you cannot leave a review without a star. The new management, good harbor, are the most unprofessional group to manage this property since I have lived here. I would move out, but I love my apartment and I am aware that we go through 2 to 3 new management a year. On a good year, maybe just 1 so they too are just passing by. They will be gone soon and I will still be here. Let me list their unprofessional ways. 1. A good number of the new management employees come to work looking like they just rolled out of bed. No make up, their clothes are old and faded, some of them wear old matted wigs that look like they were tossed out an old barber shop. They smack chewing gums and talk over you to each other about personal matters while supposedly attending to you. 2. They are rude. They pick up and hang up the phone when they don't want to answer it. Don't believe it, give them a call now. 3. No ones knows what they're talking about. They're never on ther same page. 4. Maintenance request takes forever 5. They're as rude as the woman they report to. They call her manager. It all begins at the top. If you can ignore their unprofessionlism, I say it's a good place to live with your family. Don't let anyone fool you. It is not cheap. Good harbor is the worst thing that ever happened to this apartments. Thumbs all the way down to the new management.
Absolutely the WORST apartment that I have lived in in Denton. I never felt safe living there, the residents are always fighting, the many children that live in the complex are rude and misbehave often. Their college student policy is strange, they are always trying to charge you for something, and all but two of the office staff are incredibly rude. There are a lot of families at this complex, but do not raise your children here if you have a choice.
This complex will not fix any repairs. Your apartment will fall apart after your first 3 months. Mold growing everywhere and Bleach is the complexs only way to fix it, umm no, we have asthma and bleach does NOT kill mold. They never answer the phones. The employees in the main office live out here and their husbands are the maintenance men. They will charge you for whatever seems fit yet its smells like trash constantly bc theyre constantly overflowing. Ive been here a year and cannot wait to move in a few months. Complex accepts Section 8 voucher but they only want the money and you will have to call your Housing authority informing them of how your apartment is falling apart. Two swimming pools that NEVER work. Ive been waiting on maintenance for 9 months to fix my dishwasher which is an amenity (I never got to use). I have mold in my kids/guest bathroom with a open pipe in the shower, yea Ive been waiting even longer on that issue to be fixed. The complexs only concern is cosmetics. Maintenance men ride around in golf carts to look busy. Policemen that live out here are disrespectful and harass people. Oh and there are so many non running vehicles, but no worries youll NEVER have a parking spot and the non running vehicles will never be towed. Unless you like all of the things I said, Providence Place is the Place for you!
Office charges randomn fees all the time. Office and Maintenance do not meet the needs of residences here
