Under new management everything the reviews say is true roaches really bad they tell you last min about pest control as when they get your apt and expect you to remove everything you get fines for every little thing including whats on your own patio do not move here

Management is lousy and they nickel and dime you when you move out so that you owe them a ton. Never will live there again. If I could I would give them less than a star

I am searching for rent based on my income

Worse place ever...they have a problem with roaches so they have to spray regularly to keep them under control. One they are scheduled to spray everything has to be removed from the cabinets and on the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. If you don't do it, you are fined. Maintenance is slow with repairs. They fine you if you have certain items on your patio. Lastly, management is rude and inconsiderate.
