I've lived here 2 years now and I have enjoyed the experience. The staff is friendly and accessible through voice/text and walk-in. My neighbors are nice and its in a great centrally located area. I have a dog and love the proximity to a park within walking distance, along with a dog park on property. There are monthly property events that give the residents a chance to get to know each other and they are always fun. Whenever I have a problem I can submit a request and get it taken care of.

Lived here for almost six months and my experience has been amazing! I was nervous moving to a new area but this community is nice, clean, and safe. The staff is friendly and in particular Johnny goes above and beyond to make sure residents are satisfied. I haven't had many maintenance request but of the few I've had were resolved on the same day or at least by the day after. I absolutely love it here and would recommend these apartments to anyone!

I wish I could leave 0 stars! I lived there for an entire year and had what sounded like a baboon living above me- I complained MULTIPLE times via email and to their so called "courtesy officer" and nothing ever got resolved. Terrible customer service and an even more terrible part of town. Don't waste your money!
