Have been a resident for about a year and a half now, I signed the lease before ever visiting the community or seeing the apartments because I was moving from out of state, and I was not disappointed. The leasing office staff is professional and courteous, and maintenance staff is quick to respond, professional, and always go above and beyond to take care of whatever issues come up.
In the past few months, they have adapted to COVID very well, closed off certain areas as is recommend (gym, library, etc. are open now), and the common areas have been as clean as you'd expect. Keep up the great work team! 10/10 would recommend.
I moved into Villa Piana one month ago. Villa Piana advertises itself as a "luxury" apartment community though it does not allow for its residents to use Auto Pay. Not knowing this, I was late on my first month's rent and charged $90 before anyone from Villa Piana called me. After speaking with the employee for twenty minutes, they agreed to review the late charges if I paid the full balance at the time. It has now been over a week and Villa Piana has not refunded my $90 or credited it back to my account. It is clear that the only reason they do not allow auto pay is to scam residents with late charges. Please avoid this palce at all costs!!!!
Please avoid at ALL costs. I was a tenant for 2 years and the management in the office went through at least 5 different general managers as well as maintaince staff. After my lease ended, I was on a month-to-month (as they misleading call it) plan where my rent was increased $300 dollars a month. What they tried to tell me when I gave notice move out was that I still have to provide a 60-Day notice. Which leaves me with wondering why they charged me $300 extra each month on their quote month-to-month rent if they still hold you to a 2 month commitment when giving notice to move. Its unethical and in my option completely fraudulent. I can understand why they went through so much staff....not so much the people, more so the corporate management the staff couldnt handle. Do yourself a favor and find elsewhere.
