My wife and I have been living at VV&M for just over a month now. We have a large dog, and needed to find a place that could accommodate her. When we found the apartments with an actual fenced yard on the first floor, it was awesome! The location of the property, and all that we can walk to made it that much better. The units are very well appointed, and the hard floors are very easy to clean. It is a bit higher in rent than other options, but it is also the nicest we viewed in the area. You get what you pay for! Overall, we are very happy with the move and our neighbors. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking in the Addison area!
Awesome facilities and great staff! Super nice and conveniently located.
Overall great community. The amenities and location are very nice. You can walk to many restaurants/bars for happy hour or on the weekends. It is also a 10-15 minute drive/uber to Uptown or Shops at Legacy. Staff and maintenance always respond quickly and resolve issues as soon as they can. It is an apartment, so there is obviously noise between apartments. Usually this is not very noticeable, and whenever we have had an issue the staff addresses it very quickly. We have one (maybe two now?) officers who live on site which is also helpful. I always feel safe within the complex and parking garage, and I've never had or heard of any issues with car break ins or theft. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quality apartment at a reasonable price!

A great community in a great location! Not only do you have a great location but you have an urban feel with all the comforts of a home. Great social gatherings to help meet your neighbors and fabulous leasing agents to boot! You will not go wrong renting from VV&M!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

Coming South from Plano, head South on the North Dallas Tollway. Take Beltline/Quorum Rd exit off the Tollway. Turn left onto Beltline crossing over the Tollway and heading East for .4 miles. Turn right onto Montfort, heading South for 0.9 miles. Turn Right onto Verde Valley Ln. VV&M leasing office will be on your right hand side of the road.
