Just move in, everything was perferct.
THESE APARTMENTS MAINTENANCE WILL NOT COME OUT IN EMERGENCIES. I HAVE HAD URINE AND FECES IN MY TOLIET SINCE FRIDAY. MAINTENANCE TOLD ME IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY AND THEY WILL FIX IT MONDAY. I EMAILED MANAGEMENT AND LET THEM KNOW. I ALSO WENT AROUND THERE SATURDAY WHEN I GOT UP. MAINTENANCE ONLY CAME BECAUSE I SAID I WOULD STARTING IT IS NOT AN CALL THE CITY OF DALLAS. HE CLAIMED IT WAS FIXED. MY SON WENT INTO THE BATHROOM AND THE URINE AND FECES AND BACKED BACK UP INTO THE TOILET. I CALLED THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE AGAIN AND WAS TEXTED BACK THAT IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. I HAVE NOW CALL THE CITY OF DALLAS. THIS IS A CODE VIOLATION AND CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP.
One of the worst apartments ever. The staff do not care. The apartments are rundown and roach infested. My daughter went without air conditioning for two months in the Dallas summer. She filled out numerous work orders, she asked repeatedly for help from apartment management. The roaches are a constant problem. Now she has hot water problems! STAY AWAY!
I have lived here for 12 years and I asked Ashley if I could downsize to a one bedroom due to my son moving out and Ashley said that they did not allow you to move from one apt to another, but if she could get it approved, it would cost me 500. just to transfer to another apt. that is more than a deposit, or she said that I could move out and reapply. I have an apt full of furniture and what am I do with it while I am waiting on them to approve me again. I consider myself to be a great tenant and neighbor, never had a lease violation and never ever been late on my rent or utilities, and I even referred a friend and she was approve ,she moved in but Ashley said that it would be 3 months before I got any sort of discount. They don't want good tenants like me to be on property and I give it one star just because of the way that I am being treated. I really wanted to stay, but when my lease ends in may, I hope to find another location that will really appreciate me as a good tenant.
This property's landscape is great but, not a good place to reside. Maintenance and Management don't correct issues. It's like unwrapping a beautiful gift to find disappointment. See other reviews on other sites as comparison.
