As your rent increases so will the amount of appliances that break & vehicle that get broken into & let's not forget the coyote sightings at the Village. Management has been informed numerous times, they do not fix or correct the problems. And if you want to live because of the gym, your workout will take 3 hours because of machine wait times.

Renter beware! Two years in the village and both units was promised one thing and rented another. Other than the new area the rest are totally neglected. Pool was closed every other week all summer and have to pay to visit the new one and can't even bring a drink. Shop around because for what you are ACTUALLY going to be rented you can do better.

One of the best communities in Dallas!!!! I have never seen any apartment rental who are so transparent. Totally worth every penny!! We had to adjust our move our date and Village was very accommodative. The front desk people are super friendly. They pricing is super fair and transparent. No hidden fees. I absolutely loved the gym and the swimming pool. Village took extraordinary measures to keep the gym and swimming pool safe during COVID 19. We lived at Dakota where you get an attached garage for a very reasonable price. Very close to Central market, Whole Foods and Tom thumbs. By far the best apartment rentals I have lived so far. Do not look at any other rentals. This is the right place!!!!! Thank you Village for making our stay so AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
