I feel that this community has the potential of being a very nice place to live However....The walls are so thin I can literally hear my neighbors child cry so my neighbors are my biggest issue having to wake up and go to sleep with the people above can be pretty annoying. The second thing is the Overall Landscaping of the property Its very poor I've been looking at the same trash on the ground since I moved in.
I truly enjoy living here. Maintenance comes as soon as order is out in. They have community events and are very welcoming
reported issues at move in, manager never followed up
I think the apartments need a upgrade, the ones that arent updated needs to be updated. The cabinets are old and falling apart. The paint on my walls aren't painted right ... The apartments needs to be more instulated you can completely hear everything the people out or upstairs do..
I've lived at the Residents of North Dallas for five years, and I couldn't have picked a better community to stay long-term. The location is centralized between Plano, Dallas, Carrollton, Addison and several major highways, so getting out and about is never inconvenient. The community itself has so many amenities like multiple swimming pools, a playground, top-notch gym facility and on-site laundry mats--but there's also a very nice park right next door with baseball and soccer fields, a Dallas County library, and a recreation center that's all walking distance There isn't a single major drawback to living here, just be prepared for higher electric bills in the summer if you use Green Mountain, as I do.
