My experience at Lucas Apartments Dallas has been incredibly disappointing. The broken garage gate issue has persisted for weeks, despite my numerous complaints. The lack of urgency from the management is concerning and reflects a blatant disregard for the safety and security of the residents. Additionally, the parking area has become a hotspot for car thefts and break-ins. Despite these incidents, the management has taken no meaningful steps to improve security or even inform residents about the ongoing problems. This negligence has left me feeling extremely vulnerable and stressed about the safety of my vehicle. Furthermore, the staff at Lucas Apartments Dallas have shown a shocking lack of concern and empathy. When I approached them about the broken garage gate and the security issues, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It's frustrating to deal with a team that seems completely indifferent to the well-being of the residents. Their nonchalant attitude has only added to the overall dissatisfaction of my living experience here. In summary, I strongly discourage anyone from considering Lucas Apartments Dallas as their residence. The persisting issues with the broken garage gate, frequent car thefts, and the unhelpful staff make this place far from ideal. Look elsewhere for a living community that prioritizes the safety and well-being of its residents.

Very nice complex with excellent maintenance. Corridors and elevators are cleaned quiet often, which is necessary because this is a pet friendly community.

I love this place! So clean and well kept community. The staff here is beyond friendly and makes everything so easy for you! Great location to many other Dallas areas. I couldnt say enough good things about it.

You do not want me to publish anything about The Lucas. As a long time resident, this place is no longer a place I recommend to people. I think the issues on the property are fixable, but until then, Ive got nothing good to say.
