Inquire with property staff for complete details). Pet Policy: We accept all size pets with breed restrictions. our pet deposit is $200, our pet fee (non-refundable) is $200. * There is a pet limit of 2 pets per property with a $10 per month pet rent.

I have a great time here so far. The location can not be beat! The open floor plan with huge windows with natural sunlight was what brought clinched the deal.

Avana Knox Henderson is a wonderful place to live. My apartment is so open and spacious and the community amenities are top notch. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. I cannot imagine living anywhere else!

Nicole is super friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process. Unfortunately, the apartment did not/does not feel like it was professionally cleaned before arriving, while it was visibly clean the floors had a level of dirt that was a tad unsettling, specially the bathroom and the cupboards around the apartment seemed like they had only been wiped down by the previous resident with a wipe. Additionally, I think upgraded appliances would ultimately make it closer to 5 stars.

Love this apartment complex! I must admit the reviews online had me a little worried as well as some of the area, but living here so far has been wonderful. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. A couple examples: delivering a package to inside my apartment when I was unable to make it to the office hours for several weeks because of my work schedule and going to turn my heater on and run my pipes when it froze and I was out of town! They are always friendly. I feel safe here and it is a really great area for a young person, lot's to do! The apartments are really nice and their age does not show. Never encountered any issues with noise or neighbors. I've seen posts about a few car break ins but that is every where in Dallas.
