Do not move to this building! The leasing staff is the worst. They do not return calls or are friendly at all. I have lived in Downtown Dallas for almost 20 years and was looking to move out of the Statler (another mismanaged mess) and started to look around. Their application process is not optimal, they do not tell you if you are approved until the very last minute and you don't know if you are going to live there or not. We applied for a 2 bedroom, only to be told that someone else took it, we have to scramble to change all of our moving plans and then find out that the original apartment is available! Oscar and Brionne have no interpersonal skills and should not be working there. Grade: F
Love the community and building
I love the building, location, apartment units, and staff. I have only been disappointed that, with living here for so long, there has not been more proactive attention placed on keeping my unit fresh and updated, or more benefits for long term residents. That being said, I do so appreciate all the efforts made to keep this building running so nicely and comfortably, and my interactions with staff members here have been stellar. Additionally, regular maintenance in my unit is performed promptly and they always do a great job, so no complaints there. Thank you!
The place met my needs, a secure, faster pace of living, with a peace of mind.
As I stated earlier, the property maintenance is all I have concerns about.
