Do not I repeat do move here
1.Limited parking . Landscape co. Damaged My vehicle scratches all on the top my Lexus.advised management of damaged they blew me off so I purchased parking space $35 parking spaces so small constant damage to doors
2. Maintance always claim they don't have key to enter apt to do repairs . I've replaced key twice in the ofc . Have you wait all day and no one shows up
Air conditioning always breaking down
Leaking roof. NEVER ANY HOT WATER TO CHEAP TO FIX IT RATHER FIX POOL
3.Rent always fluctuating due to sewer,trash,and water charges always being ripped off can never explain bill
4. Security is a joke there isn't any ,each tenant paying over $20 month for what new camera
5.Laundrey room Nasty ,dirty all the time
6. Management not very nice and not really concerned about your issues.

Apartment fully of bugs and they awkwardly apartment policy examples each member in your family want to stay here need to pay deposit so if is 3 people then you need 3 deposit

You are paying over price to live in a crappy apartment, the people that live around you are disgusting, I have put in an order for my apartment to be sprayed, that was 4 months ago and it hasn't happened. You can try and call the office but you have to call multiple times, it's best you go down and talk to them. There are only two people in the office that are nice, the others are rude. Best to find somewhere else to live

Air conditioner did not work when I moved in, finally installed new unit almost a month later. Electric billl was tripled due to this. I wasnt even living there due to A/C and my water bill was $90.
