Dirty community dumpsters over flowing property dirty AC units hangout of windows
Very poor apt Ac broke down washer don't work and the apt office don't do anything about it even when you have a kid in the house I wish I could have the corporate number because the management is very poor after you pay utility charges
Always remember this, "Never believe any good reviews about any business because companies pay others to give good reviews." If you want the truth, read the bad reviews.
I have been a tenant for more than nine months, and it seems to be getting worse. The office manager and staff is rude and enjoys lying. Maintenance is no good. It takes at least one month or so before anything is halfway fixed. Noisy doors. Mattresses and couches remain around the trash, it seems maintenance is moving it from the front to the back and vice versa. Homeless people or someone helps keep trash on the ground. Bugs inside units, so pest control is a fee that is not being employed. Parking sucks and we have to pay for covered parking. There are "other" fees on the rent bill that no one in the office can explain. So tenants are being cheated. 200+ units times $8, you do the math. No bedroom lights, and a lot more. The only thing you may enjoy is the convenience of having a wash room, and it may be better to go to a wash & dry because of the leaks. Time is approaching for my lease to end, and I will be so excited. Oh, it is summer time, and the pool was shut down.
Million dollars, yes, and that's going in the office pockets because the tenants are paying overly expensive rent and being cheated out of fees the office won't explain. Luxury, no! These apartments are not worth what we're paying. Save yourself time and money and do not consider coming or calling. I guarantee, if you move in you will not be given anything of what the model they show you looks like.
The site staff is so nice when I come in the office. I have had two issues occur in my apartment since the cold weather and the maintencae guy was so fast to help. Love living here!
