Roaches, roaches, roaches! I have lived here for almost a year now. I loved it so much for the first few months, and honestly, if it weren't for the roaches, I'd stay for as long as I wanted to be in an apartment. Unfortunately, I have had roaches in my apartment since September and nothing has been done to fix it. Pest control has come and sprayed every month (I usually make a report to the office at least once a month) and nothing changes. I tell the office this and they don't care too much. When I told them I am moving out because of the roaches, I emailed a leasing agent and the manager, to which the agent responded "I understand" and the manager never replied at all. They don't plan on making any changes and I cannot live with roaches in my bathroom, kitchen cabinets, pantry, and oven screen....
If roaches don't bother you, it's a decent place to live. Amenities have gotten better and the walls are thin but no worse than any apartment.
I love this place! The apartments are modern and beautiful. They have a pool and gym, the staff are super sweet, and its right off of 75.They also include washer and dryers in each apartment, which helps save me money from renting one. I highly recommend!
I rarely ever leave any reviews but the new property owners came in and have done a terrible job. I have had 3 cars when I signed up for my lease and the prior property owners had no issue with it since the parking lot is never full. I registered all 3 cars and now they only want 1 car on the property. I have a 2017 truck and two 2018 sedans. I told them if they are willing to lose a $3,000 lease contract a year considering they have free parking spaces, that is not very good business and the new office lady said she does not care. She doesn't own the property and is not the investors. She only works there. I want the corporate office at ZRS Management to know what she is doing to your tenant. This is why you will never have 100% occupancy. You will be lucky to have a 70% occupancy rate and that is why there is plenty of parking.
