Fantastic apartments! Friendly neighbors, and great managers!
this place sucks Ronda and Lorina are very rude to tenants the office closes at random times during thr day with no warning making it difficult to recieve packages. My refidgerator was broken and it took them weeks to fix, matinance is slow i don't suggest anyone move here I can't wait until my lease is up.
Worst living experience of my life. I was concerned for my own safety because my downstairs neighbor was a crazy old man. Numerous times I would come home to no running water with no notification as to why from front office. I was without A/C in the summer heat for about a week once. It's not safe at night - Oh and once I got my own car towed in the parking lot because I was borrowing my parents car for 1 WEEKEND and didn't have a sticker. Get used to seeing heroin needles in the parking lot by the dumpster and having your car dented because of the careless drivers.
I had to call the cops once on my downstairs senile neighbor because he was yelling at me because of my bathroom pipes screeching - which by the way - was nothing I could control. Also I don't smoke and every single minute I stayed in that god-awful apartment I could not get rid of the moldy cigarettes smell because everyone around me would smoke and they only have... SHAG CARPET.
Please just do yourself a favor and run. This is not the place for any sane
Also - after being moved out from here for over 1 year they let me know 1 day ago that I had a remaining balance on my resident portal. I have a job and am busy planning a wedding, along with dealing with my family in Houston that dealing with hurricane Harvey -- so I didn't see their EMAIL notifying me of this until late afternoon on the 30th of Sept. 2017. They didn't call or notify me once before this day. SO GET THIS - Tomorrow is Sept 1st and they are sending my balance to COLLECTIONS and threatening to ruin my credit history.... because of a balance they notified me of yesterday.... 1 time... at noon.
Just run. This place is a dump and not worth anyone's money. I wasn't going to write anything but once this collections stuff happened I said screw it I'll let everyone know about the real experience people will receive when living here.
These are the most terrible apartments in which I have ever lived. I regret that before we moved, I didn't see any comments here. We moved 2 months ago and still many problems are not resolved, every week the leasing center promises to solve them "tomorrow." A huge problem with cockroaches, despite the fact that the service came to spend them 2 or 3 times and we keep the house clean. Cockroaches appear again and again. A huge problem with water: the temperature of the water constantly changes when you take a shower (something cold, then very hot), water goes badly, old sinks, toilets, vans. Although when we watched the show room - everything was new. I look forward to the end of our agreement to move from here.
From the time we moved in, we have had nothing but negative issues. Instead of making a tenant wait until 4 to move in, and then charging them for the entire day, allow them to move in at 4, and then begin charging them the following day that is doing the right thing for your tenants (not only for your company), and it creates a good experience. And you ll need to do that, because if every tenant must deal with what we have had to, they ll need something good to remember. There are constant roaches, and the company has discontinued the necessary pest control to eliminate the problem. This is the second time we are going without hot water, but now it is winter. And we still don t have a properly working dishwasher. There have been other issues, too numerous to mention. Do any employees of this company have to live here? I know if someone did, there would be greater urgency to take care of this property and, in turn, the tenants.
